Provide modeling-on-call services supporting Alameda CTC
As part of a project team, W&S has been providing modeling-on-call services supporting Alameda CTC for various task items including level of services, model analysis and a comparison of StreetLight OD patterns and the Model OD patterns. W&S used Cube, Emme and QGIS for the study.
